Election Rules: Nomination for class Representatives of Students’ Union – 2016 – 2017
Date of submission of Nomination Paper by the candidates independently – 05.01.2017 & 06.01.2017 from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Eligibility Criteria for candidate contesting Election:
1) Regular Student between the age of 17 to 22 years on 06.01.2017.
2) Candidate shall have satisfactory class attendance.
3) The candidate shall not have any previous criminal Record and shall also not have been subject to
any disciplinary action by the University /College authorities.
4) The candidate shall not have any academic arrears in the year of contesting the Election.
5) Students not enlisted in the final published voter list are not eligible for nomination.
Following documents are to be submitted at the time of submission of Nomination Papers.----
1) Photo copy of Admit Card of M.P . as age proof .
2) Photo copy of Relevant Pass mark sheet.
3) Photo copy of College Identity Card.
ORIGINAL ADMIT CARD, MARKSHEET AND VALID COLLEGE IDENTITY CARD ARE TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF NOMINATION PAPER.
